Ever since I was a little one, I loved going to the movies and being taken away to another world. Today I think of it as a mini mind vacation.

Growing up in an artistic family I was exposed to many different areas of art and creative ideas. From a very young age I studied fine arts, ballet and music. I still paint and photograph. My love for the arts led me to my passion for acting and writing. For me, there is nothing better than to be able to take a person and have them transported to a place they have never been or a place that will bring back memories and have them go through a range of emotions. This is why I love to do what I do.

Here is my bio:

Liane Wunderlich is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York City. There she received a BFA in Media and Fine Arts. After graduation Liane pursued her acting career and has performed in numerous films and commercials including OIL AND WATER, which has just won the Grand Goldie Film Award for excellence. Liane has used her acting experiences to enhance her writings. She has co-written ROOM 269 with Eric Mache, and has co-written the thriller/horror screenplay, THE CRAVING, with Neil Wolfe. She has also co-written and produced the short, PLEAD, starring Christian Campbell. Plead was selected to compete as an "Official Selection" at the 2001 Milan International Film Festival where it received a special mention and at the 2002 Black Point Film Festival. Along with her screenplays, Liane wrote for the monthly publication, GUITAR NEWS. She has also script doctored several screenplays and is now consulting on an action thriller. Liane has produced commercials for M/S Media Inc., NYC, and independently. Her main focus now is on her acting and writing. Her next screenplay will be an urban drama which she has begun to write.
